2. We will attend to all transactions within 1-2 business days. Rest assured, we will respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible.

Purchase

1. Please ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the appropriate colors/sizes before checking out.

2. Make sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if a parcel is returned.

Backorders

1. Please ensure that you agree to the waiting time for backordered items before making your payment. If other in-stock items are placed in the same order, all items will be dispatched only when the backordered item arrives. If you would like your in-stock items to be dispatched first, please opt for separate backorder shipping at checkout. There are no refunds for backing out of a paid backorder.

2. Arrival times for different items may vary. We apologize for any delays or canceled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delayed shipments or insufficient stock.

Delivery

1. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise stated or under backorder) after successful receipt of your order.

2. The delivery timeframe includes weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically upon checkout.

4. Your products are the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers, and we are not responsible for lost parcels during shipment.

5. Additional charges for re-delivery will apply after an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
