Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery to local:

All local (Malaysia) orders will be shipped via J&T Express, while orders for international shipment will depend on the selected couriers. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically upon checkout. For your reference, please see the rates below:

Shipping within Malaysia:

a) West Malaysia:

   – Delivery time: 2 to 3 working days

   – Standard shipping fee: MYR 8

   – Free shipping for orders above MYR 150

b) East Malaysia:

   – Delivery time: 4 to 5 working days

   – Standard shipping fee: MYR 12

   – Free shipping for orders above MYR 150

Shipping to Singapore (Not Available):

1) Teleport Pink:

   – Guaranteed next day delivery (order before 2pm daily from Mon – Fri)

   – Flat rate: RM45 (no free shipping option)

Shipping to Countries not Listed Above (Not Available):

– Delivery time: 2 to 14 working days

– Flexible rates: Currently Unknown

Order Processing Time:

We process your order within 24 hours and ship it within the next 48 hours, except for backordered items. Backorder items usually take approximately 3-4 weeks to arrive and will be shipped after arrival. However, the estimated time for backorder items is not guaranteed.

Receiving Ready Stock Items Upfront:

If you wish to receive your ready stock items before your backordered items, please contact us via:

to arrange for separate delivery. Extra postal charges will apply if you wish to have the items delivered separately, even if your order is above RM300.

Requesting Ready Stock Items to be Shipped First:

If your order consists of both ready stock and backordered items and you would like to receive your ready stock items first, please email or direct message us on Instagram to arrange. Separate postage fees will be incurred, and customers are responsible for these charges.

Missing Parcels:

Please note that once a parcel is shipped from our side, the liability for the parcel lies with the courier service. We are not responsible for any lost parcels.
