1. Do I need to register for an account to make a purchase with Again Project?

Yes, you are required to register an account on our website to complete a purchase. Having an account with us offers numerous benefits.


2. What if I have lost my password?

In the event of a lost password, please click on “Lost my password”. An email containing password reset instructions will be sent to you shortly. If you encounter difficulties in resetting your password, please feel free to contact us for assistance.


3. How do I place an order?

Step 1: Select your desired items (design, color, size, quantity) and click “Add to Cart”.

Step 2: Once you have finished browsing our web store, you can proceed with your order by clicking “Cart” at the top right corner.

Step 3: Review your final order, apply any coupon codes, select your shipping method, and calculate shipping rates.

Step 4: Click “Proceed to Checkout” and provide the necessary details. If you wish to create an account, please tick “Create Account” and set a password.

Step 5: After completing the previous steps, select your preferred payment method and proceed with the payment.

Step 6: You will receive an automated email confirming your order(s) in your inbox.

Step 7: You will receive another automated email from us confirming the dispatch of your items. This email will include a delivery tracking number for your convenience.

Note: To ensure efficient delivery of your parcel, please double-check your shipping and billing addresses as well as your mobile number to ensure all details are correct.

Note: All orders are considered confirmed and final upon checkout.


4. What should I do when my desired item is out of stock?

We apologize for the inconvenience! When an item is on backorder, a message will be displayed on the product page. You will be notified manually once the item has been restocked.


5. What if one of my items is on backorder?

If your order includes both ready stock and backorder items, we will ship your order once all the items are in stock. Backorder items typically take around 2-4 weeks to arrive once payment has been verified. If you wish to receive the ready stock items first, please contact us directly.


6. What size am I? What size should I take?

We recommend referring to the measurement chart provided under each product page for sizing guidance. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

1. What are the payment methods available?

AgainProject.com.my accepts major credit/debit cards via BillPlz as a form of payment.


2. Am I able to cancel or modify my order after confirmation?

As we begin processing your order immediately upon receipt, we regret that it is not possible to make any changes or modifications once the order has been placed and confirmed. However, you may be eligible to receive store credits in return.
